Lambton Golf Country Club is a private, 27-hole golf facility located in Toronto, Ontario. This private club has a regulation eighteen hole course, The Championship Course, and a nine-hole executive course, The Valley Course.
The Championship Course opened in 1902 and The Valley Course opened in 1906. Both courses have been redesigned over the years by Clinton E. Robinson, Stanley Thompson and Graham Cooke and most recently by Rees Jones.
Both courses are tight and feature tree-lined fairways. The undulating greens are small to medium-sized with sand bunkers protecting them.
Par for the Valley Course is 31. From the back tees, the course plays to 1,787 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 1,652 yards. The longest hole on the course is #4, a par-4 that plays to 286 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 5, a par-3 that plays to 122 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 9, a 247-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Lampton's Valley Nine Golf Course is # 5, the 122 yard par-3.
